Returns & Refunds

Yep. Returns, happen. It’s ok! We want satisfied customers so glance over these instructions and give us a ring. 

• Take note of your order number and the condition of the item, we accept returned items in their original packaging unopened.

• Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• No explanation needed but if damaged or faulty please let us know, simply email us and give us the order number and which item you’re returning.
• Pop the item in the post to us. When we get them we’ll contact you - and refund you the value of the item. **we cannot refund shipping costs.
• If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
